Goodbye to Edward and Quacker

Edward and Quacker are going home next week. The pupils of 3b and 4a are sorry to see them go and will miss them. They are each taking back a CD of presentations, music and photos, a DVD of music and video about Scotland and a small Scottish teddy to remind the boys and girls in Poland and Romania about me when I was with them. I hope we will keep in touch with each other because it is good to learn about other countries.

A Visitor from Australia

Today, Craigiebarns had a visitor from Australia. He was Mr. Isele who is the depute head teacher of a primary school in Brisbane. He took my photo and I am hoping to visit the boys and girls in his school next August after our summer holidays. He says he will send us a mascot from Australia, perhaps a kangaroo! It’s very exciting and I don’t know how I am going to be able to wait until August when I fly out to Australia.
